What policies do you need to develop?

The need for policy development needs to be kept under constant review. Organisations need to consider both internal and external policies required by the organisation. 

Policy development

Management Committees need to develop organisational policies in order to implement the strategic aims and priorities of the organisation.

Internal controls

The management committee/board should maintain and regularly review the organisation’s system of internal controls, performance reporting, policies and procedures.
