1. Any change of directors (e.g. appointments or resignations) must be registered. This involves forwarding the appropriate form to Companies Registry.
2. If you move premises, this must be registered with Companies Registry.

4. If a charitable company and your company name does not include the word charity or charitable, you must state on all of your published materials that you are a charity. (e.g. a charity (Inland Revenue) No: NI XO)
5. An annual return must be made every year. This involves filling in a form and forwarding your annual accounts to Companies Registry.
6. A fee must be paid annually to Companies Registry.
