“Our vision is of a fair and equal society” (NICVA)

“Our vision is of a vibrant, articulate, inclusive and sustainable rural communities whose contribution is valued across NI” (Rural Community Network)

An organisation’s vision is the long-term change it ideally would like to see if its work is successful. It should be stated as if you are standing in the future having achieved the change you wanted. A vision should motivate and enable individuals to see how their effort contributes to an overall inspirational purpose.
