Meeting the charity test (Charity Commission NI)

'Meeting the Charity Test - Demonstrating Public Benefit' is the Charity Commission of Northern Ireland's consultation document, setting out the proposed standards for determining which organisations are considered charitable.

The consultation process has now ended and the guidance is expected to be finalised shortly.
