Want to know more about risk management?  Listed below are some of the most useful resources for organisations in the Northern Ireland voluntary and community sector.

 

Example risk management templates

The attached templates can be downloaded and adapted for use within your own organisation.

The simpler template (Word document) may be more appropriate for smaller organisations or those with limited experience of conducting risk assessment.  It requires less detail to complete and will make the process less cumbersome.

Larger organisations or those with more significant responsibilities may find it necessary to retain fuller documentation on risks identified and how they are managed.  The template for larger organisations (Excel spreadsheet) meets these requirements.
