The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has published a range of useful resources for small charities on its website.  They are included in the section which provides advice and guidance for small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), small businesses, sole traders, small charities, groups and clubs, and small start-ups.

The resources include a beginner’s guide to data protection, a step-by-step guide to deal with information requests and a make your own privacy notice tool.  You can find these resources and many more on the Advice for small organisations page of the ICO’s website.
